These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bdebaji platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bet. By using bdebaji, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdebaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino services available at https://bdebaji.net. By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdebaji platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the bdebaji platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. bdebaji is an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

- You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of bdebaji, or a close relative of any such person.
bdebaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdebaji may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Accepted documents for age and identity verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the Government of Bangladesh, supplemented where required by proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of bdebaji services — including placing bets, participating in casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the bdebaji platform. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- All activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. bdebaji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
- You must notify bdebaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.
- bdebaji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP verification) on your account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection.
- You must not allow any third party to use your account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
bdebaji supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods trusted by Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, subject to the operating hours and technical availability of the selected payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no processing fee charged by bdebaji on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed on the same business day when submitted before the daily cut-off time. Withdrawals submitted after the cut-off will be processed on the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before any withdrawal is approved, bdebaji may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3 of these Terms.
- All funds deposited must be used for betting or gaming activity. Depositing funds without placing bets, or using the bdebaji platform as a money transfer or storage facility, is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bdebaji account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- In order to prevent money laundering, bdebaji may require that withdrawal requests be processed back to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount.
- bdebaji reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any transaction that it deems unusual, high-value, or otherwise warranting further review. During such a review, the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily withheld.
- bdebaji does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any attempt to transact in a foreign currency will be rejected.
Betting Rules & Casino Games
All bets placed on the bdebaji platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game, in addition to the general terms set out in this document. By placing a bet or participating in a casino game on bdebaji, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system are the odds that will be used for settlement. bdebaji does not guarantee that any given odds will remain available for any period of time.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any point during an event, including but not limited to during breaks in play, following significant in-game events, or due to technical issues. bdebaji accepts no liability for any failure to place a live bet as a result of market suspension.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bdebaji system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.
- In the event of an obvious error in the odds displayed — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed errors, or manifest pricing mistakes — bdebaji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account, regardless of whether the bet would otherwise have been settled as a win.
- Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. bdebaji does not alter or influence RNG outcomes in any way.
- Minimum and maximum bet and stake limits apply across all markets and games on bdebaji. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by bdebaji at any time without prior notice.
- Any winnings arising from bets placed with funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be subject to the wagering conditions described in Section 6 of these Terms before they can be withdrawn.
Bonuses & Promotions

- bdebaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a user's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements, or used in any way other than for the specific purpose described in the promotion terms.
- bdebaji reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, in collusion with other players, or in breach of these Terms or the promotion-specific terms.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the bdebaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and honest manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdebaji platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, data mining tool, or artificial intelligence system to access the platform, place bets, or collect data from any part of the bdebaji website without prior written authorisation from bdebaji.
- Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to any sporting event on which bets are offered by bdebaji.
- Using insider information — that is, information not publicly available — to gain an unfair advantage when placing bets on the bdebaji platform.
- Exploiting any technical error, system bug, pricing error, or loophole in the bdebaji platform to place bets or conduct transactions that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
- Attempting to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime through the bdebaji platform. bdebaji is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will do so without notifying the affected user.
- Creating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account suspension, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading responsible gaming restrictions.
- Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location at any point during registration or verification.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdebaji staff or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.
- Attempting to access another user's account, or to intercept, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the technical systems that operate the bdebaji platform.
- Using the bdebaji platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction applied by bdebaji or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
Account Suspension & Closure
You may request the closure of your bdebaji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bdebaji will process the closure and return any remaining verifiable balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided that all applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
bdebaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable special promotion terms.
- Failure to complete KYC identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by bdebaji.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
- The account is found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
- The account holder is found to be located in a jurisdiction where access to the bdebaji platform is prohibited by applicable local law.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under bdebaji's Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account terms.
In cases where bdebaji closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited, and bdebaji reserves the right to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the user's conduct against any balance held in the account. bdebaji's decisions regarding account closure are final.
